FlexStays is a price-comparison tool that helps you find cheaper hotel stay dates. We do not take bookings or payments ourselves. Bookings are completed on our partner’s white-label checkout site.

2. Prices and availability

Prices shown are supplied by third-party hotel providers and include any commission or markup configured by FlexStays. Availability and rates can change before you complete a booking. Always confirm the final price on the checkout page.

3. Affiliate links

Some links on FlexStays are affiliate links. If you book through them, FlexStays may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

4. Accounts

You may create an account to save hotels and set price alerts. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Limitation of liability

FlexStays is provided “as is”. We are not liable for booking errors, cancellations, or issues that arise with the hotel or booking partner. All disputes should be directed to the booking provider or hotel.

6. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
